Important Updates to Your Care – Please Read

Dear Patients,

At FPCSN, we are committed to providing high-quality, accessible, and accountable care. To continue meeting your needs and ensure fairness for all, please note the following updates:

  1. Co-Payment and Discounted/Lab Fees Collection (Effective October 6, 2025):
    • Co-payments will now be collected at the time of your visit, as required by your insurance plan. - this prevents future billing surprises and helps us keep services sustainable.
    • For patients without medical insurance, we offer discounts, or sliding scale, for services provided. These discounts are based on the federal poverty guidelines and consider your income and family size. To qualify for the discount, this information must be provided, verified, and updated annually. Please note that all discounted fees are due at the time of your visit, regardless of the discount amount.
  2. Late Policy for Appointments (Effective October 6, 2025):
    • Patients arriving 15 minutes or more late may not be guaranteed to see their scheduled provider or may need to reschedule. Every effort will be made to assure that patients are seen and we will work to accommodate urgent needs.
    • In the case that we can’t accommodate the visit, patients should leave the health center with a scheduled appointment to return. Thank you for your understanding as timeliness ensures fairness to all patients.
  3. Virtual Visit Changes:
    • Primary Care virtual visits will end on September 30, 2025.
    • Prenatal Care and Behavioral Health virtual visits will continue until further notice.
