PLEASE READ
To Our Valued Patients and Clients:
We are excited to announce that we are now officially operating as The Family Practice & Counseling Services Network (FPCSN), a Community Health Center (CHC)!
As part of this transition and to comply with insurance guidelines, we want to clarify our billing procedures. To continue providing the services you need while keeping them affordable and accessible, we will need to collect co-payments and discounted fees for visits upfront.
Collecting co-payments at the time of your visit is a requirement set by your insurance company. Paying at the time services are rendered also helps you avoid receiving a bill for those services later, especially for visits on or after July 1, 2025.
For patients without medical insurance, we offer discounts on the fees for services provided. These discounts are based on the federal poverty guidelines and take into account your income and family size. To qualify for the discount, this information must be provided, verified, and updated annually. Please note that all discounted fees are due at the time of your visit, regardless of the discount amount.
Please be assured that no one will be denied healthcare services due to an inability to pay. You can speak with a member of our team to discuss available payment options.
Quality healthcare is a right, not a privilege. FPCSN believes all people are entitled to accessible, comprehensive, quality, and affordable healthcare.
Thank you for choosing FPCSN; we look forward to seeing you!
RiteChoice Pharmacy Update:
July 2025
Dear Patients,
We are working in partnership with the health center during their transition process by continuing to provide pharmacy services. We wanted to take a moment to update you on some recent changes at our pharmacy that may have affected your experience. We know that many of you have felt the impact, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these changes with FPCSN.
You may have noticed some delays or changes in how we get certain medications. While a few items may take a bit longer to arrive or be temporarily harder to find, we are actively working with our suppliers and partners to make sure you continue to have access to the medications you need. Some prices and copays may also vary in the short term, but we are doing everything we can to stabilize things as quickly as possible.
If we do not have a medication in stock, we will do our best to order it for you or transfer your prescription to another pharmacy that does, so there is as minimal a delay as possible in getting your medication. If your prescription is transferred, we will reach out and let you know once everything is back in place and you can return to filling at our pharmacy again.
The best course of action during this time is to speak with your pharmacist first. They can guide you in the right direction and help ensure you get the care and medication you need without unnecessary delays.
Your health and well-being are our top priority, and we are committed to supporting you every step of the way. Please do not hesitate to call or stop by, we are here for you.
Sincerely,
The RiteChoice Pharmacy Team
